MURA official Michael Patterson and his wife Kerry & family are organising a 7-a-side charity tournament on Sunday 10th April 2016 in memory of their dad/father-in-law/uncle, who sadly lost his battle to cancer in August 2015.
The tournament will be held in Banbridge (pitch to be confirmed) and the cost per team will be 80.00 All proceeds will be going to the Southern Area Hospice Services in Newry. The Southern Area Hospice rely solely upon donations to run on a daily basis. Just last year they had a fundraising target of 2.38 million in order to maintain their services to cancer patients, so all participation from MUFA clubs and their supporters would be very welcome and truly appreciated. EVERYONE FROM THE FOOTBALL FRATERNITY WILL BE VERY WELCOME.
